Q: What makes you the most qualified candidate for Sheriff?
A: I have spent my career serving our community in law enforcement, working as an investigator, narcotics agent, SWAT assistant team leader, and supervisor. I’ve helped solve hundreds of felony cases and led more than 50 SWAT missions executed without injury, while working alongside agencies such as the FBI and Mississippi Bureau of Investigation on major cases.
More importantly, my career has been focused on building safer communities, mentoring officers, and strengthening relationships between law enforcement and the citizens we serve.
Q: What is your stance on community relations and public trust?
A: Public trust is earned by being transparent and accountable. We need to be out in the community, not just when something goes wrong, but every day. I believe in showing up, answering hard questions, and building relationships that last beyond election cycles.
